The definition of hard-working is something or someone that is diligent in laboring that puts effort into doing and completing tasks. The hard work can able to bring back great effort and enormous amplitude to the position. The mind of hard-working people is set with the goal to achieve more. They always are cunning and catch the eyes by every opportunity they face. There is a true motivation working behind him to utilize each and every attempt to be worthy and to be proud of it. These qualities of a hardworking emphasize how he/she is dedicated to the passion/profession he/she is associated with. The true nature of hardworking personality is "you get what you work for; not what you wish for ". And also says, "word hard in silence; let success make the noise" or "there are no secrets to success". It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure." that means hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard. Intelligence is the ability to think, learn from experience, to solve problems, and to adapt to new situations. Moreover, the word that intelligence makes worthy is smart work. First of all, the person must be creative and especially skilled personality. He will acknowledge what the situation is and to know the situation in his perspective way and will definitely solve the problem using his experience, knowledge, and intelligence.

Why smart work is more prevalent than hard work. Let’s go through a small story. Two woodcutters were asked to cut a big tree in 10 days. One of them was very hardworking and worked very tremendously to cut the tree in eight days. He worked zealously and used the strength of him with the axe he holds. On the other hand, one was a smart worker. On the tenth day, the hardworking woodcutter finished his work and asked whether the other one finished his work. The smart one replied that he already finished on the 5 the day itself and sold it. The hard-working woodcutter astonished and asked how? The smart one answer that he sharpened the axe every 1 hour and this helped him to do it fast. so, the moral of the story is that smart work is more helpful than hard work. But in a way, the type of work is truly based on the situation. A situation like above can be achieved through smart work and long processed and dedicated hard work. Actually smart work and hard work are needed for achievement. The combination of hard work and smart work is efficient work. Smart work without hard work is a waste likewise hard work without smart work is also a waste.
